Shipping Policy – VeichiANZ

We ship Australia-wide with flexible delivery options. Please review our shipping methods, delivery times, and remote area policies below.

✅ Shipping Methods & Rates

1. Express Air (7–12 business days)

  • East Coast Metro (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA)

    • 1 item → $30

    • 2 items → $50

    • 3+ items → Capped at $60

  • Remote Areas (NT, WA North, TAS)

    • Express shipping requires a custom quote. Please select “Contact Us for Quote” at checkout, and we’ll confirm the shipping cost with you before processing your order.

2. Economy Sea (20–40 business days)

  • Flat rate $9.90 Australia-wide

  • FREE Economy Shipping for orders over $500

✅ Remote Areas

Some remote and regional areas such as Northern Territory, Tasmania, and Northern WA have higher shipping costs.

  • Express Air is not automatically available for these areas.

  • Please select “Remote Area – Contact Us for Quote” at checkout, or email us before ordering for a custom shipping rate.

✅ Heavy or Oversized Items

For products over 10kg or oversized, standard shipping rates do not apply.

  • A separate shipping quote will be provided after purchase.

  • We will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional charges.

✅ Customs & Duties

For orders exceeding AUD $1000, Australian customs may charge GST or clearance fees (usually 10–20%).

  • You can split your order into smaller shipments to avoid additional fees.

  • Please contact us if you need assistance with large orders.

✅ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method:

    • Express Air → 7–12 business days

    • Economy Sea → 20–40 business days

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can monitor your delivery anytime.
